Make a new folder and name it whatever you want
put the .blend file you downloaded inside it
Open Blender v3.4+ and go to "Preferences"
Then go to "File Paths"
Click on the "+" icon
Add the path of that folder in blenderNow the assets will be available in the Blender Asset Browser
